After having so many problems with Talk Talk when i moved house, and having them lie to me and leave me wihtout the internet for months, i gave up and refuse to use them again.
I have a virgin mobile, and have been impressed with the service, and after reading lots of reviews, i decided ot g ofor Virgin Media. I had to wait fro my phone to transfer from Talk Talk back to BT before i could then switch, but it’s worht it for the piece of mind.
I ordered their broadband online last monday, i had nice confirmation emails and a text after 2 days it was confirm i would have it today. I then recieved some nice little booklets with all the info i need, and indeed this morning i recieved a text saying it was all ready.
From ordering to being connected in 7 days!
The next test is to see if it actually works when i go home tonight and enter the settings into my router. But im extremely hopeful.
